Role Description

Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our friendly and successful team as part of the lettings operation, dealing enquiries, carrying out viewings, progressing offers, carrying out routine visits and some aspects of property management.

The successful candidate will demonstrate skills including:

• Effective communication through multiple chanels; including in person,telephone, email and messaging platforms
• Ability to manage own time pro-actively
• Excellent client care approach
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping though cloud based systems
• Ability to work within a high tempo team environment
• Having fun at work!
