Time to give
something back...
After 5 brilliant years in town, we’re aware that our success has been largely thanks to the support and trust we’ve been shown by the local community. So we want to give something back – to express our appreciation and do our small bit for the area – by helping a cause that’s close to our hearts, and we’ve chosen Devon Mind.
Devon Mind is a charity that provides advice, information and support to empower anyone living in Devon who may be experiencing a mental health problem. It’s affiliated with Mind, the national association that works to support minds, connect minds and change minds
across England and Wales.
Our plans
Devon Mind was an obvious choice as a charity we wanted tosupport. Partly because our team is made up of largely youngpeople whose experience of mental health is all around. But also because, as estate agents, we understand that where and how we live is central to our sense of wellbeing. So, if by raising funds we can improve the quality of life of our local friends and neighbours, clients and fellow business owners, we want to help.
Over the coming months, we’re planning a range of events, starting with the Plymouth Half on Sunday 11th May. Representing DC
Lane, you’ll fi nd Dan, Oscar and Victor running the half marathon and Jaymie doing the 10k. Look out for us in our Devon Mind t-shirts, and give us a cheer along the route

If you’d like to support in the way of cash, please do!
Aside from running our socks off in May, we’ve pledged to donate £50 to Devon Mind for every property we sell. Watch this space for more fundraising endeavours!
You can dontate to the team as a whole or help any individual runner hit their personal goal. Either way, we’ll be grateful for every pound that takes us to our £2,000 target.
