At DC Lane, we believe in giving you more control over how you sell your home. That’s why we offer a simple upfront payment option that can reduce your overall fee.
The idea is straightforward. If you choose to pay a portion of our fee at the point of instruction, we’ll apply a sliding scale discount to your total. The more you put in upfront, the greater your saving — up to a maximum of 25% off.

How it works
Enter your expected sale price and the amount you’d like to pay upfront. The calculator will show you your base fee, the discount that applies, and your final fee along with any balance due on completion.
The fee rate shown is our standard rate, but this can be discussed and agreed with your valuer at appointment.
Please note that the upfront payment is non-refundable in the event that the sale does not proceed.
