Terms and Conditions

• The competition will run from 14th February to 31st March 2024.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all entries on the 1st April 2024 and contacted immediately by a director of DC Lane.
• To obtain entry to the competition the customer must have had a sales valuation carried out by DC Lane during the competition timescale,
• The competition is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 or over, except employees of DC Lane, their families or anyone else professionally associated with the competition,
• The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of DC Lane in connection with this competition,
• The competition prize will be the estate agents commission fee, professional photography, floor plan, brochure and drone footage free of charge. No cash alternative.
• The prize will remain valid for one use until 31st December 2024 and may only be used in connection with a property marketed by DC Lane for sale in the Plymouth area that was valued in the competition period. Sales instructions will be subject to our standard marketing terms in all respects other than the fees as listed in these competition conditions.
